Every package leaves with a bill of material, a construction sequence and the clearances already checked. Where the scope requires a seal, the package is signed and sealed by a Florida-licensed professional engineer of record.

Bad field data is the most expensive thing on a distribution project, because everything downstream inherits it. Our technicians collect to a defined attribute schema, photograph every structure, and hand the designer a record that does not need a second trip.

Florida utilities file and defend multi-year hardening programs, and the engineering has to hold up to regulatory review as well as to a Category 4. We design to extreme wind loading criteria and document the basis so program reporting is defensible.

A finished design that cannot be permitted is not finished. We handle the land and agency side in parallel with the engineering, so the approvals land when the drawings do.

Scope & kickoff

We agree on standards, deliverable format, review cycles and the definition of done before anyone opens a drawing. Client construction standards are loaded into our environment up front.

Field verification

Technicians collect structures, spans, attachments and conditions to the agreed attribute schema, with photos on every asset.

Analysis & design

Loading analysis, clearance checks and design production run against the collected data. Conflicts surface here, on paper, where they are cheap.

Permits & release

Easements and agency permits move in parallel. The package released to construction includes materials, sequence and the approvals in hand.

Field support & closeout

We stay reachable during construction, resolve field changes without stopping the crew, and return clean as-builts to the system of record.
